Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the products are unused, unwashed, and packed in their original Nestasia packaging with all tags and protective bubble wrap intact.
Reverse Pickup
Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package and provide a physical or digital acknowledgment receipt.
Refund or Exchange Processing
Once the item passes our warehouse quality inspection, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item immediately.
